Some news

TMZ acquired the police report from the Pasco County Sheriff's Office filed in regard to former World Wrestling Entertainment performer Gertrude "Luna" Vachon's death on Friday. The following was noted:

* Vachon was actually found dead in her own home, not her mother's home. Investigators say they discovered a box containing crushed Oxycodone pills near a snorting straw inside the kitchen.

* "Multiple prescription bottles and miscellaneous unsecured pills" were discovered in the master bedroom alongside a small plate containing more pill residue and another snorting straw.

* Vachon's mother — the person who discovered the body — told police that her daughter "often appeared 'medicated' as she suffered from several wrestling injuries."

* An autopsy has been completed and the official cause of death is expected to be determined within the next few weeks.

That's what I thought. Which makes this report seem weird. If it's true tough, it sounds like suicide to me : (

TMZ reports that former WWE 90s women wrestler Luna Vachon's ashes will be scattered across the family ranch of the late WWE Hall of Famer Andre the Giant.

Vachon's funeral service was held this past Friday and a small private service is expected to take place at the ranch today. The reason for her ashes being scattered across the ranch is that she was very close with Andre and she always referred to him as her 'unofficial' godfather.

Andre tired to persuade her against entering the world of wrestling saying "It's not good for ladies." but she told Andrew "I'm going to make it different for women." She recalled this in an interview she conducted with Slam Wrestling in 2008.

To update the story, Luna Vachon was actually living on her own at the time of her death, and not actually living with her mother. Her mother did discover her body, which was found in a pool of blood - with her face on a piece of pizza according to the Pasco County, FL, Sheriff's office, on August 27th. As TMZ noted, the investigation team discovered a sniffing straw, with the belief is that she had been sniffing Oxycodone (Oxycontin). Several prescription medication bottles were also discovered, as Luna was bipolar, and took medicine for her extreme mood swings. Her former husband, Dave "Gangrel" Heath noted that she had been suffering from depression after a fire that destroyed her entire house and memorabilia as well as some pets who also died in the fire.

The autopsy has been completed, and the investigation is being treated as a drug overdose.

Vachon did check herself into a rehab center last year, which was paid for by WWE. She completed her rehab in June 2009 but obviously relapsed.

Yea, sounds like another wrestler dying because of drugs. True. But look around. Not just in wrestling but everywhere. Prescription drug abuse has to be one of the biggest causes of death in the world! But for some reason it's ignored until it happens in wrestling. Then people like that dreadful bitch Nancy Grace can film their little TV shows, and tell the world that wrestling is going to kill their children, make them fat, and give them multiple forms of cancer!

Wow, Justin! Tell us how you really feel! Nancy Grace and others like her should just shut up unless they know what they're talking about. having different opinions is fine, but she states her opinions as cold, hard facts when she doesn't even know what the hell she's talking about. It makes her come across as the biggest idiot I've ever heard. Plus a dreadful bitch!!

It's not right, but neither is my ranting in this thread. I feel disrespectful now. Back to talking about Luna..

The stuff she said about changing the wrestling business for women. I think it's safe to say that she did that. To some degree anyway. You can't say that she didn't make any difference. One of the best females ever in the wrestling business!
